1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ApexID's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information. Work email required — personal email domains are not accepted for B2B accounts.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the platform; (b) abuse the AI generation quota; (c) submit illegal or harmful content; (d) exceed your plan's monthly review limit.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit. ApexID processes data only per your instructions and per our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
ApexID's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction: Frankfurt am Main.
